Education:
High school diploma. College preferred.

Qualifications:
Preferred but not required: AS400, CDL, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong organizational, communication, supervisory and administrative skills

Supervises the day to day activities of warehouse/receiving functions.
Oversees the log of all deliveries and the process designated to place items in proper locations.
Assists in monitoring the inspection of goods for quality and quantity by physical count, preparation of delivery sheets, and maintenance of all receiving records.

Roles and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):
Assist/Oversee and review monthly Inventories
Implement and ensure procedures are followed at the Las Vegas IT Depot
Establish and maintain proper IT Depot layout
Review IT Depot and adjust PAR levels
Audit Receiving and Inventory paperwork
Interact with IT depot staff daily
Make sure that all work is completed in a timely manner by the receiving staff
Trouble shoot and resolve IT Depot issues
Weekend work is required for this position
Have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a good relationship with other departments in the company
