IT Services Support Engineer / Silicon Valley

A Global Investment firm that managers over 35 billion in funds is seeking an IT Services Engineer to join their team. This individual will be an integral part of creating a new service management program for the organization.

This role will be 70% support and 30% partnering with a cloud engineer to enhance the organizations Infrastructure. The ideal engineer should have experience with Azure AD, Office365, Intune and Powershell. Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years experience in a support role
• Experience with automation scripting languages such as PowerShell
• Experience providing user support for Microsoft Applications; O365 suite, Teams, PowerApps, OneDrive, Forms, Office, SharePoint, etc.
• Experience with Intune device management.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, Windows and iOS devices
• Advanced Windows and Windows Server OS Knowledge (Win 10/11/2012/2016/2022)
• Familiarity with networking concepts/technologies; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Experience in a SAAS environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• AV or VOIP experience
