Industrial Engineering Operations Program Analyst (Associate and Mid-Level)

Boeing's Defense Space and Security team is seeking to hire an Associate or Mid-Level Industrial Engineering Operations Program Analyst to support multiple E7 Programs out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The IE will support multiple teams in the areas of production engineering, data analytics, team throughput and performance, creating databases, spreadsheets and charts, statement of work analyses, operational plans, factory assembly flows and performance analysis. Some international travel may be required. Primary programs: Korea and Turkiye.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc.

2. Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries.

3. Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes.

4. Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes.

5. Supports business unit level operating plans.

6. Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives.

7. Performs production proposal activities.

8. Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts.

9. Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.

This position allows some telecommuting depending on the specific programs.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires ship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 or more years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office (including Excel) at an advanced level.
  • 1+ year of experience working and coordinating with different teams with diverse backgrounds.
  • 1+ year of experience developing shop work orders execution schedules in Aurora or similar business system.

Summary Pay Range Associate Level: $57,800- 78,200

Summary Pay Range Mid-Level: $73,100 - 98,900
