Job Title: Senior .NET Architect

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Position Description:

  • Client is seeking a highly experienced Architect/Delivery Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of critical banking platforms and digital modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in banking or financial services, especially in areas such as note finance, specialized lending, or loan servicing, combined with strong technical leadership and cloud expertise.
  • Key Responsibilities10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Delivery Lead.
  • Strong background in banking or financial services, experience with note finance, lending workflows, loan servicing, or specialized financial products is highly preferred.
  • Deep hands-on skills in: Proven experience leading distributed teams, especially offshore development teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and data engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
