The SuccessFactors Compensation Management Consultant will play a key role in enhancements, and support services for SuccessFactors Compensation Management. The ideal candidate should possess advanced expertise in designing and administering complex compensation plans, including merit increases, incentive/bonus planning, and variable pay with intricate calculations. This role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders to identify and resolve pain points, ensure timely issue resolution within defined SLAs, and design solutions for new processes.
This is an on-site position that requires a strong commitment to confidentiality, operational excellence, and customer focus. As part of a globally recognized organization, the selected candidate will gain valuable experience working with HR processes and cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business teams to document and formalize compensation requirements.
- Design and implement compensation plans covering salary structures, merit increases, bonuses, incentives, and variable pay.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure fairness and competitiveness within the market.
- Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Compensation module to align with organizational objectives.
- Integrate Compensation Management with other SuccessFactors modules, including Performance & Goals and Employee Central.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards across all compensation practices.
- Create and analyze compensation reports and metrics.
- Develop and execute test scripts for system validation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
- Perform quality assurance checks on system configurations and processes.
- Minimize business disruption in the event of production issues.
- Provide daily support to the HR department s operational needs.
- Design and demonstrate solutions leveraging new product features.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP/SuccessFactors.
- At least 1 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
- A minimum of 2 year of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors security and role management.
- Certification in both Employee Central and Compensation Management is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
