Job Description:
- Client is seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension or an in-house position.
- The selected candidate will play a critical role in optimizing the use of digital tools and platforms within our organization, boosting efficiency, and driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onscreen Software Guide Development: Create interactive guides for users to promote best practices, enhance productivity, and reduce downtime by enabling users to learn while working in their live environments. Program digital adoption tools using CSS and jQuery selectors, with the ability to navigate within double iframes and cross-domain iframes.
- Training & Support: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and resources to support digital tool adoption across the organization.
- User Support & Consultation: Collaborate on complex digital transformation initiatives, providing strategic advice on change management and technology implementation.
- Data Analysis: Track user adoption metrics, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement in digital tool usage.
- Feedback Management: Collect and assess user feedback to resolve challenges and implement improvements to enhance the digital experience.
- Best Practices & Compliance: Promote and implement digital best practices in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure that digital adoption strategies align with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in digital adoption, technology training, or a similar field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital adoption tools like WalkMe, Whatfix, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Adoption Specialist, Change Management) are a plus.
