  • Turn loosely defined problems into practical analyses and develop data-driven recommendations that drive business impact and improve product outcomes.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of our users and contextual data nuances, interpreting and conveying findings to key stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong business sense and understanding of business performance drivers.
  • Utilize proactive and autonomous initiative to understand the needs of the org and drive forward the right project while also supporting others that can benefit from your expertise.
  • Data Stack: Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Eppo, Segment, Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, AWS.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience as a Senior Product Analyst or Product Data Scientist with 2+ years experience in SaaS.
  • 2+ years experience leading A/B experimentation for product teams with deep understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies for experimental design and analysis.
  • Proven expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting A/B tests including collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to implement and iterate on experiments.
  • A strong understanding of software business principles and SaaS metrics.
  • Proficiency with experimentation tools (Split, Eppo, or others), BI tools (Tableau, Looker, QuickSight) and event tracking platforms (Segment, Heap, etc...).
  • Advanced skills in SQL transformations and relational databases.
  • Self-motivated, operationally-focused, and a problem-solver.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:
