WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert for HR Applications
- Responsible for HR application data management, including fields, foundation data, picklists, position management, business rules, translations, and security permissions.
- Mass data loads and updates.
- Perform troubleshooting, analysis and technical expertise on integrations to and from our HR technology applications.
- Manage small to medium HR technology projects
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and creating clear and concise documentation. (Business Requirement and Functional Design documents).
- Research system functionality and recommend solutions.
- Present demos and Proof of Concepts of new designs and functionality to the business and IT partners.
- Create high level task list and assign owners and due dates for enhancement and projects that have no formal Project Manager.
- Minimum 3-5-years working with HR related technologies as a technical / functional expert with a clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology (at least one or more of these: HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Performance and Goals Management, Reporting, Role Based Permissions)
- SAP SuccessFactors experience in Employee Central and or SuccessFactors Recruiting / Onboarding required.
- Experience with HR technologies/modules (Core, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management etc.) in a leading platform, such as SuccessFactors.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience in Performance Management / Succession Planning preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodology and principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
