Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking an R&D Electrical Engineer Intern to support various ongoing programs within the Microwave Technologies and System Development Operation.
The duties will include but are not limited to RF test design and instrumentation, hardware or software reverse engineering, technical design, analysis, testing of HPM systems, data acquisition devices, and digital control systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative setting while engaging in research and development in the area of High-Power Microwaves (HPM).

Required Skills
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline
- 3.2 Minimum GPA
- Self-motivated and able to work well within a research and development team
- Experience with standard electrical laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and/or power amplifiers
- Experience testing and evaluating RF and microwave equipment and fixtures
- ship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the design and analysis of analog and digital electronics
- Experience in printed circuit board (PCB) design from schematic capture, board layout, DRC, production file generation, and test
- Experience with HPM specific engineering disciplines such as high voltage engineering, pulsed power, prime power, power conditioning, high power RF, and/or antennas
- Experience with the following software packages:
- LabVIEW
- C, C++, and/or Python
- Altium, Eagle, and/or KiCAD
