We are working with a direct healthcare system client in Sarasota, FL, seeking an Audit Services Manager to join their team in a full-time, onsite role.

Job Summary

The Audit Services Manager helps identify financial, operational, and IT risks and ensures effective controls are in place. This role involves performing and reviewing financial, operational, and IT audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

Responsibilities

Conduct and manage financial, operational, and IT audits

Identify and assess risk areas across the organization

Review internal controls, policies, and procedures for effectiveness

Prepare audit documentation, reports, and summaries

Present audit findings and recommendations to leadership

Support continuous improvement of internal controls and audit processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

5+ years of internal audit experience within healthcare

Strong computer and software skills (Word, Excel, databases, presentations, automated workpapers)

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of public accounting audit experience

Experience with Epic

Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., ACL)

Exposure to IT auditing
