Description:
**Hybrid | Greenwood Village, CO**

Content Designers partner with product designers, UX researchers, accessibility architects, software developers and product managers as peers in the experience design process. Your day-to-day will vary, but you'll do a lot of design thinking, UI copy writing, partnering with product design peers, ensuring consistency and cohesion across platforms and maintaining our UX content standards (part of our design system). You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams like UX research, product design and accessibility, and you'll participate in regular writing critiques and design reviews. You'll strive to understand the big picture while focusing on small details. The words you write and the designs you influence will be seen and used by millions of our customers.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Day to day

The candidate can expect to participate and execute:
  • Strong design thinking skills
  • UX writing
  • Support for user testing
  • Following and helping to refine our UX content standards.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Participating in regular writing and design critiques.

Experience Requirements:
The right candidate will have experience in UX content design and will understand the following:
  • This is not just a writing role. The right candidate is a UX design strategist who understands how content influences the user experience of a digital product.
  • How to follow a voice and tone guideline and apply the nuances of the guidelines.
  • Creative problem-solving is big skill factor.
  • Design has variable pacing, and collaborative work is required.
  • That versatile, self-motivated and independent work is expected as part of a design team.
  • That receiving and providing feedback is part of the process

Technical requirements/tools
  • Figma: Required
  • Miro/Mural/Lucid Spark and Lucid Chart: Helpful but not required - will make someone stand out
  • Jira/Confluence: Helpful but not required - just need to be able to read tickets


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
