Job Description

Hansell Tierney is helping our client, a leading cloud-based data services company, with their search for a Sales Compensation Analyst to work with the Sales Compensation team.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Compensation Program
  • Partner with Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to conduct ongoing operations in CaptivateIQ  with respect to the compensation plan e.g., monthly accrual and commissions, crediting, quotas, and related workflows.
  • Help manage commission-related data sources, set up new plans for all sales roles and channels, update existing ones as directed.
  • Help generate employee-specific plan agreements and create/review/edit other commission related documentation,
  • Provide support for troubleshooting issues and responding to employee inquiries
  • Support the delivery of a detailed listing of commissions twice each month
  • Ad-hoc commission related reporting as directed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience in sales compensation, sales operations, data analyst or a related field
  • Prior experience with CaptivateIQ or other sales compensation software is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with Salesforce/Bamboo HR is strongly preferred
  • Strong SQL and Microsoft Excel skills are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization from senior executives down to the sales team members in the field.

Contract Details

  • Location: Seattle, WA (Remote Work and Hybrid Work-from-Home options available)
  • Duration: 6-month contract

  • Compensation: Approximately $35.00 - $50.00 per hour DOE
