Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, or Grant/Proposal Writer.
- Prior work on state/federal healthcare programs (Medicaid is a huge plus).
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into readable documentation.
- Experience with CMS APDs, compliance documents, or federal grants.
- Understanding of IT systems, project lifecycle, and reporting requirements.
- Create and maintain Advanced Planning Documents (APDs) required by CMS.
- Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, accessible documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business leaders, vendors, and stakeholders.
