Job Details

Title: Microstrategy Sr Developer + Admin
Location: Charlotte NC
Contract

Responsibilities:
Development and Administration: Design, develop, refactor/repoint, and administer Microstrategy solutions for the analytics platform migration project.
Data Migration: Lead the migration of analytics data from existing platforms to the new analytics platform, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
Performance Tuning: Optimize Microstrategy reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the migration of analytics data and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards.
Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, database administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Microstrategy configurations, migration strategies, and performance tuning activities.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:
Strong experience with Microstrategy development and administration.
Proficiency in designing and implementing analytics solutions using Microstrategy.
Experience in data migration and transformation projects.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
