Data Management Tech Lead Clinical Imaging *** Direct end client ***

Immediate need with our direct end client.

• Lead and supervise the Imaging team to prepare high quality Imaging Data 
• Planning, allocation and monitoring of the tasks
• Guiding and training team members throughout the stages of Imaging Data Pipeline
• Create data platforms to ingest and integrate large volumes of Clinical Imaging data
• Work with vendor teams for prioritizing, tracking and fixing issue within the platform
• Participate in planning activities for each phase of the product development
• Build and orchestrate data pipeline for Clinical Trials and Real-World data ingestion, QC and virus/malware check
• Curating various Neurology, Oncology and Ophthalmology image data, in consultation with Research Scientists, using custom python-based scripts.
• Stage the clean and curated data onto the High-performance computing Clusters to train and test ML models
• Testing various Imaging Algorithms on different Clinical Imaging data-sets
• Work with scientists, contractors, and IT staff to understand business data requirements
• Coordination of transfers of clinical imaging data from outside sources using a variety of data transfer options such as cloud platforms, Box.com, or Aspera
• Direct communication with outside vendors and in-house staff to reconcile data transfer problems
• Organization and curation of data in highly structured cloud platforms to facilitate advanced image analysis
• Develop Python scripts for automating data ingestion, curation, qc, analysis
• Support data integration efforts across diverse data sources
• Prepare image data in support f algorithmic development and data workflows
• Continually search for opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes
• Reporting on imaging assets to business stakeholders.
• Documentation of workflows using Google Docs, Confluence, etc
