Akkodis is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a contract job with a client in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead and collaborate effectively with offshore teams while driving full-stack development using Angular and Java-based microservices.
Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Full Stack Developer job responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and Kafka for high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in full stack development.
- Proven experience leading and collaborating with offshore development teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
