About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Program Manager / Cloud Delivery Lead with deep expertise in cloud architecture, security, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end cloud delivery programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, cost efficiency, and security compliance, while managing cross-functional Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cloud program delivery and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

  • Oversee design, implementation, and governance of cloud infrastructure and security frameworks.

  • Develop and execute cloud cost optimization strategies.

  • Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Define project scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across multiple agile teams.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

  • Mentor teams on delivery excellence and DevSecOps alignment.

  • Communicate project status, KPIs, and risks to executive stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of overall experience in IT delivery and program management.

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Proven experience in cloud architecture, security, and cost optimization.

  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Agile/Scrum Master certification or experience leading Agile delivery teams.

  • Familiarity with FinOps practices for cost management.

  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.

  • Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
