Role Requirements

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Enablement Planning:
    • Define and execute a user enablement strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
    • Create an AI Council to guide Copilot adoption.
    • Identify and prioritize business scenarios where Copilot can deliver value.
  • Organizational Readiness Assessment:
    • Evaluate current infrastructure, data governance, and user readiness.
    • Recommend changes or enhancements to support Copilot deployment.
  • Training & Adoption Framework:
    • Develop tailored training programs for different user personas (e.g., business users, analysts, managers).
    • Use Microsoft s Scenario Library and Success Kit to accelerate adoption
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and end users to align Copilot capabilities with strategic goals.
    • Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine rollout plans.
  • Measurement & Reporting:
    • Define success metrics and reporting mechanisms.
    • Track adoption progress and adjust strategies based on insights.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Copilot capabilities.
  • Experience in change management, training design, and strategic consulting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks and enterprise transformation.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
