  • Analyze, document, and present inspection results in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AS9100, and NADCAP standards.

  • Interface with customers and suppliers to clarify requirements, communicate findings, and support root cause analysis.

  • Apply metrology principles including gage R&R, measurement uncertainty, and traceability standards.

  • Operate independently while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization within the inspection function.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Zeiss Inspect / GOM Inspect for dimensional analysis and reporting.

  • Strong understanding of 3D scanning systems, inspection workflows, and computer-aided metrology.

  • Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO17025, AS9100, and NADCAP requirements.

  • Proven ability to work independently with high accountability and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of gage R&R, measurement uncertainty, and statistical analysis methods.

  • Must meet ITAR U.S. person requirements.

Why This Opportunity

  • Direct involvement in high-precision aerospace and industrial programs.

  • High-impact individual contributor role with ownership of complex inspection tasks.

  • Fully approved, budgeted position with immediate hiring need.
