Position: Field Service Technician

Contract Duration: 1 year + Several Renewal Options

ONSITE in Corpus Christi, TX 78416

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of computer systems and networks. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to resolve technical issues efficiently.

The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.
Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: 4 Experience providing white-glove executive level support 5 Experience providing end-user support 5 Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation 5 Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment 5 Experience supporting Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams 4 Experience supporting video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 5 Experience creating technical knowledge articles 4 Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment 5 Working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
