Production Support Analyst

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience supporting enterprise production environments using IBM DataPower, MQ, MFT, EDI X12, SQL, and monitoring tools such as Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with incident management, production support, and SEV 1 4 issue triage using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Proven ability to lead real-time system monitoring, troubleshoot batch jobs.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting Medicaid, healthcare, or other highly regulated enterprise.
• Strong automation, operational governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills with experience mentoring technical teams.
