Note
We are NOT looking for Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruitment Managers, Recruiting Managers, or Bench Sales Managers for this position. The focus of this role is purely on Client Acquisition.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in securing Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS Clients, or Implementation Partners for our US Recruiting company. This role is focused entirely on building strategic relationships and expanding our client portfolio through direct client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify, connect, and secure vendorships with Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS Clients, or Implementation Partners in the US IT staffing industry.
- Strategic Networking: Leverage your extensive network of clients to build strong, long-term business relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new potential clients, trends, and opportunities in the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
- Business Development: Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Present company capabilities, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and delivery expectations.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain a detailed record of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in client acquisition within the US IT staffing and recruiting industry.
- Strong expertise in MSP/VMS models, Direct Client acquisition, and building partnerships with Implementation Partners.
- Extensive network of clients and decision-makers in the US IT staffing space.
- Excellent understanding of US IT recruitment, market dynamics, and vendor management systems.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to close deals and build lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales management systems.
- Comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone).
