Sustainability Program Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Sustainability Program Manager with strong Supply Chain expertise and proven Project Management experience. The ideal candidate will support the development, execution, and reporting of sustainability initiatives across global supply chain operations. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sustainability programs focused on supply chain operations, vendor compliance, and environmental impact reduction.
• Drive sustainability roadmap, KPIs, and reporting aligned with corporate environmental goals.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and engineering teams to implement eco-efficient practices.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics to track program progress.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Support ESG, carbon reduction, waste management, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry sustainability standards.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders for audits, sustainability tracking, and certifications.
• Prepare program documentation, presentations, and executive-level updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• Strong background in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations.
• Experience in sustainability strategy, environmental programs, or ESG.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sustainability tools, reporting platforms, and certification frameworks (GHG Protocol, CDP, LEED, etc.) is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Knowledge of lifecycle assessment (LCA) and circular economy principles.
