Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a skilled Technical Program Manager with above mentioned App Dev or Digital Web Experience as a Primary Skills to join our dynamic team who are at the forefront of enabling enterprises in Healthcare / Pharma / Medical sectors. The ideal candidate should be passionate about project management and in building product for our customers. Effectively Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and customer to build code leveraging or building low level design documents aligning to standard coding principles and guidelines.
Skills / Experience
- 7+ Years of experience as a Technical Program Manager for App Dev or Digital / Web project Experience and Development programs
- 6+ years of experience in creating project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
- Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Waterfall or Agile/Scrum
- Advanced skills in Web Experience Development/Sitecore, Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint and other tools
- Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
- Bachelor s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Job / Role Description Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving and collaborating with cross functional teams on the successful execution & completion of Web Development Experience programs. This Program Manager will be expected to bring success to every initiative and program her or his team tackles. By coordinating broader business strategy, initiating, planning, executing and monitoring they are vital in the support of their team as they achieve their overarching objectives.
- Manages delivery of the program scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Oversees timeline, quality, and operations; Understands overall scope and deliverables map against release timeline
- Demand Management Manage the E2E Demand intake process for website migration, development and subsequent maintenance
- Stakeholder management Monitor internal delivery and manage external stakeholders/agencies
- Finance Management Budgeting, forecasting and managing the overall portfolio finances incoming and outgoing, PO creation etc
- Resource and Capacity Planning based on the roadmap for the different functional areas/groups
- Works with the Solution and Enterprise architects to ensure the program team adheres to overall solution design across tracks
- Responsible for ensuring coordination of work efforts at program level, understands and manages critical path key dependencies
- Works with Track Leads and Program Managers to understand status of work efforts and impact to the program to move delivery forward
- Drives resolution of risks, issues and decisions, and escalates to governance forums as necessary
- Oversees resource requirements identification to execute program plans; Establishes approach, tools, and templates to support program execution
- Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management
- Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles
