We are seeking an IT Vendor and Contractor Administrator to support the full lifecycle of technology contracts a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role will serve as the primary liaison between IT, procurement, legal, and vendor partners ensuring optimal value, compliance, and efficiency in vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be experienced in contract negotiation, vendor management, and IT procurement within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Hybrid-3 days/week onsite Review and negotiate IT vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Collaborate with internal legal, procurement, and technical teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies and contract solutions. Analyze and monitor vendor performance, return on investment, and adherence to service levels. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and change orders. Maintain vendor documentation, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and continuity. Coordinate with business owners to align contract terms with operational needs and budgetary goals. Evaluate cost-effective acquisition strategies for IT hardware, software, and services. Provide vendor education on processes, evaluations, audits, and risk mitigation. Track renewal schedules and ensure uninterrupted service coverage. Support reporting and compliance documentation for internal reviews and audits. Experience: vendor relationship management, IT procurement, or contract negotiation/administration experience. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Solid understanding of IT products, services, and procurement processes. Financial and contractual modeling expertise. Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and contract tracking tools (ICD preferred). Experience with ICD or similar contract management systems. Background in IT vendor governance, SLAs, and compliance oversight. Familiarity with healthcare or government contracting environments.What You ll Do
