Job Title: Recruiting Researcher

Location: Remote

Client: Major CA Entertainment Company

Duration: 12 Month Contract

  • Looking for a senior level researcher
  • Marketing (with bonus CPX experience) is the key

Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiting Researcher to assist with searches within the Marketing department.

The Recruiting Researcher will source and screen candidates across a variety of pipelines and partner closely with members of the TA team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand specific needs to attract and engage with top talent.
  • In partnership with a recruiter and/or recruiting researcher, you will determine appropriate ways to develop and build talent pipelines.
  • Help generate diverse pipelines and identify candidates who can enhance the company's ability to entertain the world.
  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Additionally, you'll provide inbound sourcing support for roles with a high volume of applicants or similar candidate profiles.
  • Assess or screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.

Desired Profile & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., legal, marketing, communications, public policy/ global affairs).
  • Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice.
  • Curious; you look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile researching market trends, domain technology, and seek out information to have a solid understanding of the business.
  • You ask for feedback and want to grow and develop in your career.
  • Accustomed to multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines, and maintaining data integrity.
  • You leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to track your progress and to inform decisions.
  • Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.
