Role: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Memphis, TN (Initial 2 months from Memphis, TN location)

Responsibilities:

Elicit and Analyze Requirements:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.

• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process optimization and technology solutions.

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and validate requirements.

Process Mapping and Modeling:

• Develop detailed process maps and workflows to visualize current and future state processes.

• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential risks.

• Create data flow diagrams and other modeling techniques to represent system interactions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Develop insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Utilize data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.

System Implementation and Testing:

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Participate in system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Provide support during system implementation and go-live activities.

Change Management:

• Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new processes and systems.

• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition.
