Low-code Developer (Oracle APEX)
Certifications: Oracle Application Express Developer Certified (if available) or Oracle PL/SQL certification.
Experience: 3 5+ years building Oracle APEX applications.
Clearance: USPTO Public Trust eligible.
Domain: Low-code web app design on Oracle APEX/ORDS, rapid prototyping for business workflows, SQL and PL/SQL development, COTS integration and upgrades (Oracle APEX modules).
