Contract Duration: 12 months (03/06/2026 03/05/2027)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 to support technology and data initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. In this contingent assignment, the engineer will contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives, participate in solution design and implementation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong .NET development expertise, modern front-end frameworks, SQL/database experience, and exposure to application performance monitoring and Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in and consult on moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables
Contribute to large-scale planning and execution of software engineering solutions
Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables
Develop, implement, test, and maintain applications using modern engineering practices
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business partners to meet delivery objectives
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
Support production systems and participate in troubleshooting and performance optimization as needed

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Software Engineering experience (or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education)
4+ years of .NET development experience
3+ years of front-end development using React, Angular, and/or JavaScript
3+ years of SQL and database development experience
3+ years of experience working in Agile development environments
2+ years of experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as AppDynamics or Dynatrace

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of development experience in a Kubernetes environment
2+ years of Python programming experience
2+ years of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
Production support experience in enterprise environments
Exposure to or experience with Generative AI tools or development is a plus
