Akkodis is seeking a Research Operations Specialist for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. You willdrive and scale research operations to support global teams and ensure seamless execution of the end-to-end research lifecycle.
Rate Range: $54/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour

Research Operations Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Build and scale research operations processes to support global teams and ensure efficient execution of research activities.
- Manage research tools and platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, Maze, Miro, UserInterviews) and maintain research repositories for easy access and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling for user research studies across multiple time zones.
- Develop and enforce best practices for research workflows, documentation, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with researchers, designers, and product teams to streamline the end-to-end research lifecycle and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report operational metrics, creating dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in operations, Research, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (master's preferred).
- Minimum 4+ years in a dedicated Research Operations role or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in building and scaling research operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong proficiency with research tools and platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics, Maze, Miro, UserInterviews) and familiarity with the end-to-end research lifecycle.
