HR/Admin Associate Consultant Location: Alpharetta, GA

Preference: Need Local to GA Employment Type: FTE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Consultant to manage front desk operations, handle client communications, assist with calendar management, and support core HR associate functions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties including welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional office environment
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and keep the office calendar updated
  • Visiting client locations, attorney offices for documentation work, and receiving consultants, etc. (Travel may be required).
  • Support HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance
  • Assist in organizing internal HR activities, events, and meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy in all HR-related tasks
  • Coordinate with various departments for HR and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 3 years of experience in HR support, front desk management, or administrative roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and calendar management tools
  • Professional attitude and appearance
