Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability, speed, and responsiveness.
- Integrate data from various sources and databases, ensuring proper handling and security.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and fix software defects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to PHP development.
- Assist in estimating project timelines and providing input on technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficient in PHP and related frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience working with databases, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
