Job Details
Javen Technologies Direct Client is looking for Project Manager with experience in Enterprise architecture in Maplewood MN - ONSITE 3 days a week. If interested, please reach me at / - Gowri.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience leading complex programs with multiple projects underneath.
- Ability to coordinate project activities through influential leadership to project workstream leaders, 3M internal and partners.
- Excellent communication skills, tailored to different levels of organization (scrum Teams, product owners, project leadership, IT senior leadership, 3M Business & Operations stakeholders).
- Large FinTech transformation program experience.
- Ability to synthetize projects progress, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Flexible to navigate multiple time zones on a weekly basis.
- Experience working with global teams and team members in different time zones
- Waterfall and Agile methodology knowledge.
- Applications knowledge, such as but not limited to Atlassian Jira, Tricentis qTest, Microsoft applications.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
