Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer with strong automation experience focused on GUI testing for desktop applications. Candidates must have a minimum of 7+ years across manual and automation testing with hands-on expertise using SQUISH or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute automated testing frameworks for desktop application GUI.

  • Build and maintain automated unit and functional test scripts using SQUISH or similar tools.

  • Perform manual testing to validate functionality, performance, and usability.

  • Document test results, report defects, and collaborate with development teams.

  • Work on additional testing tasks as required by the project.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years in software testing (manual + automation).

  • Proven experience in Desktop GUI Automation.

  • Hands-on experience with SQUISH (preferred) or equivalent tools.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.
