Description
We are in search of a skilled Software Implementation Analyst to join our team located in READING, Pennsylvania. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity in the truck leasing industry. The Software Implementation Analyst will be focused on migrating our current Audit Software (IDEA) to Diligent ACL Analytics and Audit Management software.
Responsibilities:
Guide the migration process from IDEA to Diligent
Utilize extensive experience as a Diligent Software user to effectively transition systems
Configure the new system to align with team and business processes
Assist in training team members on the new software as needed
Use scripting skills to configure the product and set up projects on software management
Implement software management features, shortcuts and other functionalities to optimize use.
Requirements
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Perl.
Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
Demonstrated experience in software development or software engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Prior experience in a software implementation role is an advantage.
