RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Data Engineer Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Support the design and implementation of mentoring programs for employees, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization
* Facilitate program offerings such as trainings, orientations, informational sessions, and periodic data review meetings
* Coordinate and assist with the execution of events and trainings, including preparing materials, scheduling communications, confirming attendance, and managing logistics
* Provide creative, interactive, and technical support for virtual learning activities (e.g., webinars and online sessions)
* Maintain accurate records of learning activities, registrations, and attendance in learning platforms and mentoring systems
* Track and analyze success metrics such as surveys, enrollment, participation, compliance, and engagement
* Administer surveys and assist with data analysis to drive continuous improvement
* Contribute to program effectiveness evaluations and ROI analysis
* Develop and distribute communications related to programs and learning activities
* Manage shared inboxes and calendars for the team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in learning and development project coordination or similar roles
* Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Outlook for calendar and inbox management
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
* Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), SharePoint, and OneDrive preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
