Job Details

Role: Oracle Cloud PPM Lead
Location: Dallas TX- Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Fusion PPM modules (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Financial Management, Grants Management, Project Execution).
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and map business processes to Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Configure and customize PPM modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud according to business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of PPM processes.
  • Develop functional design documents (FDD), technical design documents (TDD), test scripts, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Manage and coordinate data migrationinterface development, and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Collaborate with technical teams for extensionsintegrations, and custom development using OCIOICVBCS, or ADF tools.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Stay updated on Oracle quarterly updates, new features, and best practices to optimize system usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
  • Deep understanding of PPM modules — Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Management, and Grants.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Fusion Security.
  • Ability to create and manage custom reportsdashboards, and analytics using OTBI / BI Publisher.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast FormulasADF Extensions, and REST/SOAP Web Services for integrations.
  • Proven experience in leading a small team and delivering complex, multi-module Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
