Role: Oracle Cloud PPM Lead
Location: Dallas TX- Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Fusion PPM modules (Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Financial Management, Grants Management, Project Execution).
- Gather and analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and map business processes to Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Configure and customize PPM modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud according to business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, SCM, HCM, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of PPM processes.
- Develop functional design documents (FDD), technical design documents (TDD), test scripts, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage and coordinate data migration, interface development, and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Collaborate with technical teams for extensions, integrations, and custom development using OCI, OIC, VBCS, or ADF tools.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Stay updated on Oracle quarterly updates, new features, and best practices to optimize system usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Deep understanding of PPM modules — Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Management, and Grants.
- Strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Fusion Security.
- Ability to create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI / BI Publisher.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, ADF Extensions, and REST/SOAP Web Services for integrations.
- Proven experience in leading a small team and delivering complex, multi-module Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
