Digital Asset Product Analyst San Jose, CA - Remote

The challenge
You will be joining the Integrative Business Enablement (IBE) organization as a Digital Assets
Product Analyst on the Enterprise Content @ Adobe team. We enable Adobe teams to use Adobe
products to centralize, safeguard & share their most valuable content with their Adobe partners
increasing productivity, collaboration and insights within and across Adobe teams.
This role is a great fit for someone that has a passion for the power of surfacing the right content
to the right individual at the right time, and who is comfortable with a job where you ll wear
many hats. Your role will span leading discussions and making recommendations on a team s
taxonomy and metadata needs, to learning about and experimenting with new features still in
development by our AEM team--that will make for richer and more productive user experiences
for the teams for whom we re providing enterprise content solutions to triaging content and
access issues on the content platform we run & operate. You are comfortable in both the world
of understanding problems and solutioning on them, to troubleshooting asset & metadata issues.
What you ll do
Product Analyst for AEM Assets (primary) & Workfront (secondary)
o Subject Matter Expert for the team in both AEM Assets and Workfront product
capabilities and all possible integration points.
o For our AEM DAM (AEM Assets in the cloud), you are the product analyst and
SME for newer capabilities such as Universal Editor & Edge Delivery Services, as
well as early access features (not yet released).
o Able to envision and map out how existing or on-the-roadmap new capabilities
can come together to provide solutions to Adobe teams with needs to centralize,
safeguard and share their content with other Adobe teams.
Assets metadata specialist (AEM Assets)
o Set up new metadata schemas in our AEM DAM per team needs.
o Build out on taxonomy and authoring flows.
o Able to accomplish complex metadata mapping between AEM DAM instances
where very different schemas may need to be reconciled.
Reporting analyst for AEM Assets and Content Hub insights
o Go-to resource for CJA reporting, the reporting tool used for Adobe Marketing
Hub (AEM Assets Content Hub) reporting.
o Able to work with engineering and Data Science/Analyst folks to build out
reporting from scratch, for our own team and our customers (other Adobe teams).
Support queue triaging, general SME for Enterprise Content @ Adobe
o Triages incoming tickets (for AEM/Hub inquires), routes to Data Ops, Sys Admin,
or PM as needed.
o Can answer many inquiries immediately, given your knowledge / expertise.
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in a role of Product Analyst or Business Analyst
Experience as an analyst or digital librarian for an enterprise digital content solution
Experience with taxonomy & metadata schemas in a DAM preferably AEM Assets
Superb listening skills and genuine curiosity, with a love of solving important problems
Strong analytical skills, and adept at suggesting integrated solutions (put pieces together)
Comfortable communicating with internal customers at various levels in the org
Enjoy the world of content and troubleshooting asset publishing, metadata mishaps
Desired: a mix of coursework (e.g. AEM Assets Authoring 2 day course) or Adobe product
certifications that demonstrate familiarity with AEM Assets and it s myriad of features, as
well as complimentary products such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
