Base 60,000 -80,000 plus 20-30% Bonus
Position title:
Coordinator-- Operations /Digital Americas (Inbound & Inventory Mgmt)
The Coordinator--Operations Digital Americas for inbound and inventory will assist with all
operational processes and activities of the digital distribution channel pertaining to inbound,
returns and inventory management. This role will be involved in ensuring day to day performance of
local operations service providers based on service level agreements (SLA) as well as coordination
with digital merchandise planning teams to ensure inventory availability.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Daily management of digital inbound for US and Canada digital operations
• Close alignment with (Novato-based) inbound manager on status/tracking of incoming ASN
• Alignment with digital merchandising/planning team on prioritization of inbound containers
• Collaboration with digital merchandising/planning team on transfers/replenishment from wholesale
• Daily management of returns without RMA
• Daily reporting of returns status to customer service
• Management of customer service inquiries regarding returns
• Inventory management – daily systems check to ensure accurate inventory
• Cancellation management with UPS
• Active participation in daily UPS progress meetings
• Preparation weekly ecom reporting
• Analysis and management of transfer of B and C quality returns
Interfaces / Relationships:
• Direct interface to local fulfillment providers
• Close liason with USA inbound manager
• Daily interface with digital teams (merchandise planning, frontend)

Qualifications:
• Education
- BA in business, logistics, process management, engineering or similar degree
• Professional experience
Job Description
- 1-2 years experience in an operational role, preferably in a digital environment with focus on
fashion/ consumer goods
• Specialty Know-how
- Familiarity with order management, customer service tools and ERP systems
- Project management skills desired
• Language Skills and competency level
- English
• IT skills
- Strong MS office excel skills and proficiency in other MS office applications
- SAP knowledge a plus Personal Skills
