Job Description We have an available opportunity for a fulltime Database Engineer to work hybrid, 3 days a week in Costa Mesa. Our client is in the business of running company-owned learning centers that provide tutoring from pre-K through high school. Their mission is to provide children with an increased competency in mathematics, that will in turn open doors to higher education, greater career opportunities, and better futures.
The project is focused around building a data warehouse and implementing it into Redshift. This person will work on building out the Data Warehouse from scratch with the teams Sr. Developer. This will be a learning opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in their career and loves challenges. They will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the current databases. Ideally this person has current experience managing databases. Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience
- SQL (optimization, tuning and performance)
- Experience with DWH (preferably Redshift)
