Description:

The department is seeking a highly organized individual with an exceptional project management skillset. This individual would be acting on behalf of the Agency of Digital Services while supporting highly visible and complex projects within the Agency of Human Services (AHS), Health Information Exchange Program of IT projects (HIE). This would largely pertain to managing the Unified Health Data Space (UHDS) project.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

Manage the Unified Health Data Space (UHDS) project, including but not limited to the following:

Upgrading the HIR data repository module at the core of the Health Information Exchange (HIE) platform enhancement, with the potential inclusion of other modular capabilities depending on final vendor selection.

HIE Security initiative - continue to strengthen the security, compliance, and risk management of health data within the HIE.

Future implementation activities stemming from Act 167, S.126, the AHEAD Model, and related initiatives will also be tracked and reported under the UHDS framework, ensuring alignment with client s evolving health data strategy.

Ensure security and privacy compliance with federal standards and requirements for HIE and for Health Information Technology (HIT) interoperability is accomplished on all project activities.
