Job Description
Role: Network Engineer
Location: Pittsurgh,PA

Fulltime with Mphasis
Technical Skills:
Configure and support installation of various network devices and services. (e.g., routers, switches, etc) by following established configuration and change management polices to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Work with network carriers to implement services. (Ethernet, T1, SIP)
Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within project scope.
Able to monitor, maintain, remediate business services, enterprise applications.
Review & unit testing of work products.
Responds to issues related to environment, hardware, system, and/or software and implements resolution across technology areas.
May support activities related to change management, outage management, and project management as well
Research inactive circuits and work with the Carriers to disconnect.
Work within established configuration and change management polices to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
Follow Smartsheets process flow and update accordingly.
Collaborate with Telecom Management Expense team to ensure billing has discontinued on inactive circuits.
Full understanding of Network and router/switch configurations.
Update configurations on Routers.
Implement IWAN and turn up the Broadband circuits.
Who are we looking for?
Network Engineer with 2 -5 Years Networking Experience, who can support and provide expert level of technical support into operations project with proven hands-on network engineering experience.Technical Skills:
