Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in regular system development meetings to identify training needs and readiness.
- Design and develop engaging training materials including user guides, videos, FAQs, and communications.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with relevant statutes, administrative codes, and internal policies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project leads and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on training compliance and learner engagement.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide flexible support, including occasional evening or weekend availability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in technical writing and training documentation.
- Experience with case management systems or child welfare platforms.
- Skilled in organizing complex data into clear, user-friendly formats.
- Proven ability to conduct research and apply problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with child welfare systems or public sector technology platforms.
- Experience creating digital learning solutions for diverse audiences.
