- Creating Themes/Epics/User Stories/Acceptance Criteria according to Agency standards.
- Convert existing use cases to actionable User Stories/Epics/Acceptance Criteria in Jira.
- Analyze existing process documentation and document potential opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Support development and implementation of various initiatives.
