Product Owner (healthcare experience) On-site Bloomfield CT

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner to join our team in Bloomfield, Connecticut. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, a customer-centric platform that manages interactions with customers to understand their unique needs and deliver relevant solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data prospective requirements by understanding business needs from program owners.
• Utilize Agile methodology to drive projects.
• Collaborate with program owners and other teams to understand project responsibilities and accountability to CRM.
• Analyze Epics and decompose them into functional and data requirements.
• Create features and stories in Rally, and assign tasks for upcoming sprints.
• Conduct sprint planning meetings to ensure team understanding of sprint stories, and assign story points and other necessary details in Rally.
• Analyze complex data and manipulate it by writing SQL queries in Teradata and Oracle.
• Create technical documentation for developers and architects, and conduct project walkthrough meetings.
• Create and maintain Confluence pages for project documentation.
• Validate data to ensure project progress and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to address concerns, defects, and project understanding, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Participate in issue resolution and defect triage.
• Manage changes to requirements and collaborate with the business team to prioritize and incorporate changes.
• Assess the impact of requirement changes and inform the project team accordingly.
• Evaluate data flow and functionality to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct demos for program owners and business teams.
• Assist in testing during periods of high workload and provide testers with comprehensive information.
• Coordinate with internal team members, project, and program stakeholders for questions and clarifications.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in system analysis and product ownership.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in analyzing and decomposing Epics and business requirements.
• Expertise in creating features and stories in Rally.
• Strong documentation skills and experience creating Confluence pages.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with internal and external teams.
• Proven ability to manage changes to requirements and assess their impacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
