Responsibilities
Join Peraton as a Technical Lead!
Peraton's National Programs Business Intelligence Systems & Applications Operating Unit seeks an experienced Technical Lead for the SITE III BES contract. This role supports the business functions that provide critical administrative functions across the Defense Intelligence Agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Delegation: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals by effectively delegating tasks to team members.
Project Coordination: Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet standards and deadlines.
Risk Management: Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
Software Design Reviews: Provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential problems.
Project Oversight: Ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.
Strategic Decision-Making: Participate in decisions about technology and implementation of software products.
Resource Allocation: Prioritize and allocate projects, products, and resources with assistance from software engineers, system administrators, and ISSOs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance adjudication, and ability to pass a poly
Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional 4 years experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
Familiar with the following technologies:
Linux OS
Windows OS
Mongo DB
SQL Server
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Formal training in the Information Technology field, specifically around application development
Demonstrated experience with the coordination, planning and implementation of project activities and resources using a flexible, adaptive, and problem-solving approach
Experience in interfacing with senior leadership and government designated representatives
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people of all levels of technical competence.
Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge in Agile methodology
Experience in software development
Strong will to learn new technologies and concepts Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
