We are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to join the Host Integration Server team. Our on-prem products allow our customers to connect their Windows servers to IBM servers, such as z/Os or iSeries. We are also working on integrating our technology into Logic Apps, so that our customers can also connect to their IBM services using Azure.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a scenario.
- Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
- Creates, implements, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to establish and improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
- Design, document, implement, test and deploy highly resilient and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with other software engineers in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Work with Program Managers to understand business requirements and translate them to technical designs for the team to work on
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience with WebSphere MQ or CICS
