    Vendor Engineering Program Manager



    Our web team is looking for a seasoned Program Manager (PM) who has experience in Adobe Experience Manager and website migrations. This role will act in a PM role managing a web team project to migrate our existing AEM based website, to a new AEM instance with a new Web UI front-end development integration strategy. The web team has identified a long-term goal around how we want to work as a team, which is to deliver delightful, accessible, web experiences with modern web agility. This enables Web UI usage across the site and establishing the right AEM-side patterns, allowing us to remove technical debt in legacy code and address inefficient team processes.

    Candidate responsibilities:




    • Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality.

    • Create and maintain the project schedule; ensure teams are on track with their deliverables.

    • Communicate with engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables.

    • Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development.

    • Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.

    • Manage the migration of AEM pages and content to a new AEM platform.

    Candidate requirements:




    • Excellent organizational and program management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.

    • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and end to end Web Development

    • Well-developed communication and project management skills are required.

    • Experience with SDLC methodologies such as: Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies is preferred.

    • 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager or related experience.

    • Proven ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development, from concept to completion.

    • Demonstrated ability to drive and influence across teams towards adoption of engineering best practices.

    • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, along with project management skills and seasoned and conflict resolution.

    • Be results driven and possess a growth mindset with the ability to collaborate with others.

    • Capable of balancing a project's production requirements within budget and staff limitations while ensuring high production values are never compromised.
