Job Title: Maintenance Technician I

Location: Hayward, CA
Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Mon Fri)
Pay: $23 $25/hr
Duration: 6+ Months

Summary

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment to support production.

Must-Have Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic).

  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to unplanned downtime.

  • Work safely under LOTO, Arc Flash, and plant safety protocols.

  • Document work in CMMS (Maximo preferred).

  • Install, modify, and upgrade equipment.

  • Maintain spare parts inventory.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 5 years maintenance experience in automated manufacturing.

  • Strong troubleshooting in electrical systems up to 480V 3-Phase, PLC exposure, sensors, motors, drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

  • CMMS experience.

  • Understanding of cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.

  • Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Windows).

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
