* Own rapid prototyping cycles, aligning mechanical integration with communications/network features
* Drive cross-functional engineering teams to meet aggressive timelines and deliver mission-ready systems
* Manage full project lifecycle: budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
* Track progress using JIRA and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for seamless task alignment
* Identify growth opportunities, contribute to strategic planning, and support business development initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
* 3-7 years of experience in technical leadership roles within defense or military communications systems
* Strong background in systems engineering, communications, and integration for ground vehicle platforms
* Proven project management expertise: team leadership, schedule control, and delivery under fixed-price contracts
* Hands-on approach with willingness to travel (up to 25%) and work closely with engineering teams
* Familiarity with DoD R&D processes, Agile workflows, and system development standards.
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
* Preferred: Experience with Army, Navy, or USMC systems; prior defense industry experience
Why Join Us:
* Work on cutting-edge mission systems that make a real impact on national security
* Collaborate with top engineers and military decision-makers
* Be part of a team that values innovation, speed, and excellence
